Waiting for clients…. Who will arrive shortly and sign the updated first page of the contract…then we’ll have terms agreed…moving rapidly into attorney review! I can wait- traffic on Sundays can be really backed up.
Putting together appointments to show new buyers tomorrow morning. Then organizing for 2 listing presentations over the weekend. Preparing another home for a mid-March launch. The leaded glass in the Dining Room of 49 Yale St in Maplewood is between the 2 side windows. The sun passes through that side of the house all day long casting beautiful prisms and wavy light all through the room keeping it cheerful and bright.
